Dirk Lubig joined Deutsche Bank in 2013, as Managing Director in the Corporate Strategy department (AfK) in Frankfurt. Before joining the bank, Dirk Lubig acted for more than 10+ years as Partner at Bain & Company with focus on advising the financial services industry and driving digitalization and innovation.
Over the last years, Dirk Lubig hold various senior management positions at Deutsche Bank in Germany and reported to the Deputy CEO of Deutsche Bank, Karl von Rohr. Since 2018, Dirk Lubig is heading the Global Transaction Bank of Deutsche Bank in China. He is responsible for leading the business in Cash Management, Trade Finance, Securities Services and Trust & Agency Services.
Since 2016 Dirk Lubig is acting as a G20Y Advisory Board member, after having participated successfully in the 2014 summit in Montreux. The G20Y Association is an independent platform for young business leaders which aims to address global key challenges.

Since 2013 Dirk Lubig is a member of the Schmalenbach-Gesellschaft in Germany, supporting the working group “Unternehmenswachstum und Internationales Management“, in which many of the DAX30 companies are represented.
