夏勁松是普惠公司在北京設(shè)立的區(qū)域總部中國區(qū)事務(wù)副總裁。他支持普惠在中國市場為通用航空、公務(wù)機(jī)和民用航空領(lǐng)域引入更智能、更清潔和更環(huán)保的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)并實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)的可運(yùn)營性。在此職位上，在整個(gè)公司的廣泛支持下，勁松將與關(guān)鍵的行業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和利益相關(guān)者，尤其是飛機(jī)制造商、監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)和政府智庫，建立強(qiáng)有力的合作關(guān)系。勁松還擔(dān)任聯(lián)合技術(shù)管理（北京）有限公司董事長。

勁松持有北京航空航天大學(xué)電氣工程學(xué)士學(xué)位。
insong Xia is the Vice President, China Country Affairs at Pratt & Whitney’s Regional Headquarters in Beijing. He champions the introduction and sustainable operability of Pratt & Whitney’s diverse range of smarter, cleaner and greener products & services for general, business and commercial aviation segments in the China market. In this role, with broad support from the entire enterprise, Jinsong will nurture strong collaboration with key industry leaders and stakeholders, especially airframers, regulators and governmental think tanks. Jinsong also serves as the Chairman of United Technologies Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

Jinsong brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to Pratt & Whitney, having held various leadership roles spanning sales, business development, government relations and general management. Most recently, Jinsong was the Deputy CEO at Thales China. Prior to that role, Jinsong led Thales Aerospace (Beijing) Co. and also held roles at EG&G China and CASC.
