泰山保險(xiǎn)作為首家注冊(cè)地在山東的全國(guó)性保險(xiǎn)法人機(jī)構(gòu)，是山東省國(guó)資委履行出資人職責(zé)直接管理的省管企業(yè)，股東為山東高速集團(tuán)等10家省管?chē)?guó)有企業(yè)及德國(guó)安顧集團(tuán)旗下保險(xiǎn)子公司安顧財(cái)險(xiǎn)股份公司，公司注冊(cè)資本27.03億元，2011年1月18日正式掛牌開(kāi)業(yè)。截至目前，公司在華東、華北、西北、西南等區(qū)域設(shè)立了13家分公司，山東省內(nèi)16市已實(shí)現(xiàn)市級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)全覆蓋。下轄山東泰山民間資本管理有限公司和全國(guó)性保險(xiǎn)銷(xiāo)售公司——泰盛保險(xiǎn)銷(xiāo)售服務(wù)有限公司。

Taishan Insurance is the first national insurance corporation registered in Shandong province, directly managed by Shandong Province State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The shareholders of Taishan Insurance are 10 Provincial State-owned Enterprises including Shandong Hi-speed Group, and ERGO Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd (subsidiary of the German ERGO Group). Taishan Insurance officially established on January 18th 2011, with a registered capital of 2.703 billion RMB, owns Shandong Taishan Private Capital Management Co., Ltd and a national insurance sales company, Taisheng Insurance Sales Service Co., Ltd. By far Taishan Insurance has set up 13 branches in the East China, North China, Northwest China and Southwest China, and has achieved full coverage of municipal agencies in 16 cities in Shandong Province.
